  Wells Fargo outdated and moving away from customer service. First off, Mia and all the people at the Littleton location are great and friendly. However, Wells Fargo is not implementing customer friendly processes. I have an executed Power of Attorney to assist my aging mother. The first Wells Fargo I went to scanned and faxed it to an "attorney" who asked for addition documentation. We then postal mailed the documents to the Boston office as requested and after 2 weeks I finally got MIA to find out what was going on. After about 1/2 hour of fumbling through faulty computers she got someone on the phone who verified that they had received the documents. They then said they wanted the original POA mailed to them. I asked why they didn't call or notify me and they said they mailed me a letter. Is this 1950? You don't call, text or email your customers?   I hate coming here everyday. The small talk they try to have with everyone drives me insane. I want to drop off my works deposit and leave as quickly as possible. I really don't care how your weekend was and I know you don't care about mine. Please just make the deposit as quick as possible. And maybe have more than one person working.
